The South West BTUThis branch of the B.T.U. caters for members of the Building Services Industry who live or work in the South West or South Wales areas. It meets once a month from April though to October and has a charity meeting in December each year. Its intention is to promote a friendly bond between members engaged in the Heating and Ventilating and Mechanical Services associated with the Building Industry. Membership is £10.00 per year and cost of meetings average about £35.00, which includes an evening meal. Applicants must be a member of a recognised golf club and have a club handicap. At each meeting an individual Stablefore competition is played off club handicap. All meetings start at 13:00 pm and are followed by a meal and prize giving.
